Welcome
Flametree is an AI Customer Operations Platform — a control layer for AI-driven, customer-facing communications that operate within clearly defined policy, compliance, and brand boundaries.
With Flametree you can:
- Build LLM-powered AI agents for text and voice conversations — no coding required.
- Run them across channels: web widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, voice calls, and more.
- Ground every answer in your own knowledge sources — FAQs, documents, websites, videos.
- Collect structured conversation results from every dialog.
- Hand conversations over to human agents with AI Copilot support when needed.
- Reach customers proactively with outbound campaigns.
- Monitor it all in Sessions, 360 View, and Analytics.
What this documentation covers
These docs explain how to use the Flametree portal day to day: building and configuring agents, connecting channels, adding knowledge, running campaigns, working as a human operator, and monitoring performance.
The docs do not cover platform internals, deployment, or APIs. If a setting requires a value from an external system (for example, a Telegram bot token), the docs show you where to get it.
How these docs are organized
The documentation mirrors the portal's left menu, so you can always find the page that matches the screen you are on:
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Getting Started | Sign up, key concepts, your first agent, and a portal tour |
| AI Agents | Agents, Playground, Tools, Knowledge Sources, Products |
| Sessions | Browsing and reviewing every conversation |
| 360 View | Customer profiles and communication history |
| Human Agents | The operator workspace for live conversations |
| Campaigns | Outbound campaign flows |
| Analytics | Dashboards, Deep Analysis, custom dashboards |
| Settings | Connectivity, Channels, Identity (users and tenants) |
| Profile and Billing | Your account, plan, and usage |
Two supporting sections round things out: Examples (end-to-end tutorials) and Reference (glossaries, status tables, and limits).
